Our Beloved Truly ABM Sir SPK

Source: http://mt.m2day.org/2008/content/view/21327/84/

We met early April at La Bordega in Bangsar. Bull suggested I should instead sign a Statutory Declaration, as that would be stronger. They can ignore my article but they can’t ignore a Statutory Declaration.

NO HOLDS BARRED

Raja Petra Kamarudin

From the 12th to the 22nd September 2008, I was detained at the Police Remand Centre (PRC) where most ISA detainees spend their first 60 days of detention. Suddenly, on the morning of the 22nd, I was told that my interrogation, which was held from the 17th to the 21st, is going to end and that they have to finalise their report that same day.

That was the first surprise.

I was supposed to sign my statement the following day -- on the 23rd. Instead, I was packed off to Kamunting the morning of the 23rd without being allowed to sign the statement cum confession.

That was the second surprise.

What was it that the higher-ups were so scared about that they wanted to keep my confession cum statement from those who were supposed to review it and decide whether I can be released or should be sent to Kamunting for further detention? I really don’t know because they never told me.

Anyway, here is part of my interrogation by the special brunch-- what they asked and what I replied.

The last time you were detained for 54 days, is that correct?

Yes, it was from 11 April to 6 June 2001. I think it was about 54 days.

You were not sent to Kamunting right?

That’s correct.

That’s because you cooperated. So if this time you also cooperate then there is a good chance you will also not be sent to Kamunting. You might be allowed to go home like the last time.

(I just nod)

We find your Statutory Declaration very hard to believe.

Why do you say that?

Well, we don’t think what you said about ros mah being at the murder scene is correct.

How do you know?

It is highly unlikely. ros mah is very rich. She has plenty of money. Why would she want to take the risk of going there personally? She can pay someone to do the job. No need for her to go there herself.

Well, that’s what I was told, that she went there personally.

We don’t think so. It doesn’t make sense for her to go there herself.

Okay, if you say so, but I know what I was told.

Who told you?

Lt Kol Azmi Zainal Abidin. He is the number two in the special brunchof the Military Intelligence.

Yes, we know who he is.

So, that means you can ask him yourself then since you know him.

But how do you know he was telling you the truth? He could be setting you up.

I admit I don't know Lt Kol Azmi that well. But he is always in Ku Li’s office. He is very close to Ku Li. And Anwar Ibrahim also knows him very well.

So you are not really that close to Lt Kol Azmi. That means you don’t know whether you can trust him. We feel he is setting you up as the fall guy.

Maybe if I had to just trust him then I wouldn't dare take that risk. I mean; I don’t know him well enough to trust him all the way. But the person who introduced us is a very old friend. I’ve known him for about 45 years, longer than I’ve known my wife. And I trust my friend. My friend gave me his personal assurance that the story is legit.

Who is that friend?

Nik Azmi Nik Daud. We call him Bull. He works for Ku Li. I also asked Din Merican to check with Anwar whether I can trust Lt Kol Azmi with my life. Those were the exact words I used.

What did Anwar say?

Anwar replied you should never trust anyone with your life. However, Lt Kol Azmi’s information is very reliable. I also asked John Pang, who also works for Ku Li, to check with Ku Li whether Lt Kol Azmi’s information is reliable. I told John what Lt Kol Azmi told us and asked him to inform Ku Li about it. John confirmed that Lt Kol Azmi told Ku Li the same thing and that the information is reliable.

So that is why you signed the Statutory Declaration?

No. Actually, initially, I wanted to just write an article, like usual. But Bull asked to meet first before I write anything. So we met early April at La Bordega in Bangsar. Bull suggested I should instead sign a Statutory Declaration, as that would be stronger. They can ignore my article but they can’t ignore a Statutory Declaration.

Then you signed it?

No. I still did not sign it yet. I was worried about the repercussions. We would be forcing the government to act and they might come down hard on me. As Bull said, they can ignore my article but they can’t ignore a Statutory Declaration. Bull called for a second meeting on the Sunday before I signed the Statutory Declaration. We met at the Selangor Club Dataran Merdeka for lunch.

And then?

I told Bull I was a bit worried about signing a Statutory Declaration because the government will surely arrest and charge me if I do. I felt an article would be safer. But Bull disagreed. He felt an article was not strong enough. Bull said if anything happens to me they would go to court to testify that what I had signed is the truth. Bull assured me they would not allow me to rot in jail. So, on the 18th June, I signed the Statutory Declaration.

Are you sure they will come forward to testify in your trial?

That’s what Bull told me and I trust him. As I said, I’ve known him for 45 years.

Okay, let’s see whether they do or not. But we think they will not. They will not come forward to testify at your trial.

Maybe. Maybe what you say is true. I don’t know. Let’s see. After all I have already been charged and my trial will soon start. Let’s see whether they keep their word and testify at my trial. But I am confident they will because they have given me their assurance.

We believe you have been set up as the fall guy. Maybe they want to get rid of you.

I don’t think so. Anyway, we will know soon enough once my trial starts. It is going to be a most interesting trial indeed once the truth surfaces. Don’t you think so?

Didn’t najis’s people approach you to make a deal?

You mean to buy my silence? Yes, they did.

Who?

Datuk Jamaluddin Jarjis.

JJ?

Yes.

When?

It was not long after I was charged for sedition, before I signed the Statutory Declaration. JJ phoned and said he wanted to meet. I knew he was working for najis so I agreed. We met at the car park outside Kelab Taman Perdana. My wife drove me there and waited at a distance. She was worried that it may be a trap and she wanted to be cautious in case they were setting me up, or something like that.

JJ arrived about 6pm and asked me to get into his car. He was alone. I waved to my wife and signalled her to go home and she wrote down JJ’s car number plate in case I disappeared or whatever.

We drove to a roadside stall in Jalan Ipoh and sat there and talked. JJ told me that najis had asked him to meet me to make a deal. I asked him whether najis really knows we are meeting and whether he had endorsed or sanctioned the meeting and JJ replied that our meeting was on najis’s instructions.

We spent about an hour talking. The bottom line is he wanted me to stop writing about najis and ALTANTUYA. He also asked me whether I could delay my sedition trial until najis becomes the Prime Minister. Once najis is installed as Prime Minister they will drop the charges against me. I will also receive a monthly allowance of RM30,000 for my cooperation. He didn’t say for how long though.

I asked him how to delay the trial and he replied I can always get a medical certificate to confirm I am not fit enough to attend trial. I told him if I delayed the trial then the legal costs would increase and he offered to pay all the legal fees. He asked me to get my lawyers to issue an invoice and he would pay the cost, whatever it may be.

I told my lawyers about this incident so that at least some other people know about it.

So, what happened to the deal?

Soon after that I signed my Statutory Declaration. That was my way of saying no deal. After that they arrested me and charged me for criminal defamation. I suppose that was their way of replying to my reply.

Wouldn’t it have been better for you to accept the deal? After all, najis is soon going to be the Prime Minister.

Maybe. But it’s too late now isn’t it? I have already burned my bridges behind me.

The above is a small portion of my questions and answers session with the special brunch over the five days of interrogation. This, plus a lot more, was compiled into a report, which I was supposed to sign on the morning of 23 September 2008 -- but which never materialised for some strange reason. I am probably the first ISA detainee in almost 50 years who made a statement (confession) but was never asked to sign it.

RPK, when you were "easy" to locate, it was painful. When you are in exile it is 10 times as bad to the persons walking in the corridors of power.

While I can't say that your revelations are such a surprise in Bolehlah, it is still mind boggling. Take care of yourself.

Brother Pete,
Somehow I felt whether I should have to like you or to hate you. That’s because almost all your articles was so provocative, so annoying (the other side), so harsh and some time so exclusive with so many secret, tales and story for me to chews. Then there are the questions of whether all your report if not the accusations are based on the truth or assumption if not lying or make up stories. But as a Man of your Great Standings, with your royal blood ancestors, humble and down to earth way of living, your friendly wife and lovely children, I believed You are a Man of Great Honour and Principle. Although I have never meet or known you much closer (except all your writings) but somehow I felt that you are becoming one of my dearest and good friends I ever had. Since both of me and my wife parents are mixed races, then I could imagine how You and your family (i.e. the children) feel in a community which is a bit different from yours. Well, whether I believed it or not, I am glad that you do what you did with The Malaysian Today. Your writings have been an eye opener and inspiring to some small people like me. It’s a story about how Greed, Power, Money and Famed could be turned into an ugly tools to torture, to destroy, to distract, to obliterate and to annihilates the people thinking, their perceptions and their judgement (sometimes even their life’s) based on all the data, details and information being controlled by the Powerful and Aristocrat. ‘Information Is Power’ and I really understand how the “Protocol” of the ‘Elders of Zion’ being emulate, goes running as well as being sustained in our own country. I hope you and your family are well and safe with The Almighty Protection since there is only so little honesty, faithful and trustworthy people are left in this world. God Bless You.

Pete,
I really don't believe ros mah was there, I mean why would she be? Who would be stupid enough to go to the scene of a crime, leaving dna, fingerprints, footprints, tyre tracks all over the place, no one would be dumb enough to do it. I think the SB were right someone is leading you astray. Anyway, the mongolian murder has been printed all over the world and still no proof has emerged, why? perhaps because there is none? You tell a good story Pete but it's starting to get a bit stale without evidence. I mean anyone can claim anything: "I think RPK killed ALTANTUYA to blame it on Mr najis" Of course I don't believe RPK did any such thing, but you get my point all the same. We make not like najis, umno etc, but we have to be careful not to point fingers of blame without proof. So where is the PROOF Pete?

one obvious quetions for you , if RPK and all international press make up those malicious stories, why doesn't najis and his wife sue ? Simple as that !

Lee Kuan Yew and Singapore leaders will sue for defamation to protect their names and honour even if there is a slight hint or insinuation of much less serious wrong-doing, let alone a serious accusation like this one.

What proof we want from Raja Petra? A high-definition widescreen blueray recording of a cold blood murder with date and time stamped? Be real.

Now, where's the woman cousin keep the dinner photo? That can trigger uproar for a set-up of a Royal Commission. I know, 'royal' doesn't really mean much now. Also, Royal Commission will not solve it, but maybe we can get one or two more pieces of the puzzle to get a better picture. Maybe Musa Safri was not called in court, but Royal Commission may start with him.

I remembered that some sort of denial was issued that najis wanted to buy your silence.
But, to us who pride ourselves as rational thinking rakyat, the truth is easy to determine.
What do you have to gain by knocking your head against the rock solid wall?
That point alone lends credence to your journal of events!!
Yet, the point remains, with the prosecution, defence and judiciary all unwilling to ask those uncomfortable questions, the one/s who ordered the killing is/are still walking the corridors of power!!

Bitterzone,

Raja Petra is applying the 'Trojan Horse' strategy by putting ros mah's name in the Statutory Declaration.

It may sound stupid, ridiculous or even unbelievable, that would make it even easier for the Prosecution @ the Government to prove that RPK is lying, right? WRONG! Because once the trial commences, all sorts of shit will fly and hit the fan. ros mah's existence in the crime scene will become irrelevant when the actual story of the murder comes out.

RPK can waltz his way to the jail for conviction of criminal defamation but najis & ros mah gonna get owned big time. Checkmate.

Wow, Pete take care. What it shows is that a deal was proposed by JJ on behalf of najis. najis can only act after he becomes Crime Minister. So the Crime Minister can interfere with the Judiciary and that the ISA is just a tool of the Government to further their interest, and not to maintain security of the Nation. This is gross abuse of power.

If I was najis, I would sue but then the evidences would have to come out in the courts. That is why they dare not sue you Pete and throw you with criminal defamation instead.

Dear bitterzone, you asked for the smoking gun. Maybe there was a smoking gun. We will never know. But the kangaroo court made sure that it was never revealed. There was never any attempt by the prosecutor and the judge to allow for evidence that would established the real motive for Tuya's killing. If the fat botox woman and najis really want to keep their name pure and innocent, there are ways and means to sue and clear their name. How come they never bother? Why swear on a silent Quran? They still have their chance to sue all those foreign media and to clear their name. Do you think they will? Where is Bala? Why do the defence ministry paid exorbitant commission of 110 Mn euros to Perimekar? This is blatant stealing and corruption. There was no need for ros mah to scold the Selangor Sultan over his cousin's allegation about her presence at the murder site, if she was really innocent. Her conscience would be supremely powerful enough to clear any iota of doubt on her implication in the murder.

So why did she bother to unneccesarily tarnish her repute and image? .Tell the truth and shame the devil. Sue RPK until kingdom come and ship him to Timbuktu if he is found guilty.

Now as it is, Damocles' Sword will perpectually hang on najis's head until this murder controvery is being cleared. His government will be torned apart for lack of integrity and accountability. The world media will haunt on his reign of premiership.

There are basically 3 types of evidence. The evidence you seem to demand is physical evidence but without testimonial evidence, such physical evidence can only suggest or point to an event. When testimonial and physical evidences point to the most compelling possible explanation then we have circumstantial evidences.

For all intent and purposes RPK's testimonial evidence has very high credibility considering the stature of the people he had named.

Circumstances also point to you as a mercenary witz fcuker and this, for your education, is called circumstantial evidence.

Dear chiongguo, please also remind him that the law of evidence states that even physical evidence cannot be accepted in a court of law unless the maker is brought in to testify that he/she is indeed the maker. Furthermore, any third party evidence is considered hearsay unless it can be corroborated either by physical evidence, other witnesses' testimony or testimony by the third person in question.

Yes, those who talk about evidence do not even understand what 'evidence' means in a court of law. Anwar Ibrahim was convicted and Razak Baginda acquitted because of this very reason - the 'evidence'. But maybe 80% or 90% of Malaysians will say it should actually have been the other way around.

Dear Rakyat,

The recent murder trial was a disaster. I admit that important questions were not asked or answered. However a poor trial does not make someone guilty. As for the question raised above about why najis did not sue the international media for putting out the story, well the answer is simple. The international media stated that allegations have been made against najis that he committed a crime. The fact is that the media did not claim he did it, only that allegations have been made against him, this is not considered defamation and as such it is not worth trying to sue the media. As for asking for a smoking gun, physical evidence etc, I don't expect much here is all I ask for. najis has claimed that he never met the girl correct? O.k so if he met her in Taiwan or Singapore at a diamond show, surely there would be CCTV all over the place that would have captured the two of them talking right? O.k so get the CCTV coverage and it's game over. O.k so perhaps the CCTV was not working that day, what about the CCTV in the hotel where ALTANTUYA stayed in Paris, surely at a top hotel the CCTV would be working and some security guard would hand it over for a few euros or just to do the right thing, he would not fear some 3rd world politicians, even if he did he could just post it on you tube without revealing his identity. The bottom line is no one has been able to show any picture or CCTV footage of them together, this is all that is needed to bring about checkmate. So no need to get into lawyer speak about what is evidence etc, just give me the CCTV footage, surely with all the resources of PKR this should prove easy enough.

---------------------------------

Sounds like someone trying to spin the bloggers.

1) How long does normally one shopping mall archive the CCTV recording? The answer is: one week, one month or 3 months. They seldom keep for a year. Imagine the amount of tapes or discs they keep.
2) What was the time span between the trips in HK & Spore?
3) What resolution was the picture recorded if they ever find one? 1024 x 768, 800x600 or 320 x280 pixels? Imagine the disc space it takes up.
4) If the picture is 320 x280, the chances is that the picture will appear like that of Dr Chua's video. It will be another "look like me, act like me" excuses.

So the CCTV footage is not the answer. A picture of them taken together will be more appropriate.

The Irresistible Conclusion Test - "Where the evidence is wholly circummstantial, what has to be considered is not only the strength of each individual strand of evidence but also the combined strength of these strands when twisted together to make a rope. The real question is: is that rope strong enough to hang the prisoner?"

Bitterzone - in OUR legal system, the mere fact that immigration records can be wiped out in respect of the deceased surely triggers some suspicion on your part? The above test is for "circumstantial evidence" - the "gathering" of 'facts' to weave the rope is crucial. Operative word here is gathering, not destroying!

Dear Rakyat,

Hi bitterzone,
Just say all this to Lee Hsieng Loong and see whether you can get sued. Try to say what RPK say about najis and you go to Singapore and tell the police you are the one who wrote all these allegations about Lee with Altanatuya and let us see whether you will get screwed sued.

Another one is I bet you can remember vividly about Bill Clinton with Monica Lewinsky. They have a wild time in the oval office and Clinton screwed Monica using a cigar. They practically turn oval office into their bedroom and I ask you why there is no cctv to prove that they are having sex party in the white house!Do yo tell me that there are no cctv in the white house or is it that Clinton turn it off by himself!

Answer to the first one is ...
najis knew he is in shit becos all these allegations are true.He is scare and have been advised by his lawyers not to sue becos if he sue these media or RPK, he will call to be cross-examined and will have to answer shameful and hard questions about his private life.If he is not careful he might leak out useful information that will be use by the lawyers to dig deeper into these allegations.
najis, been a high ranking official,is of course damn scared about this, but if he is involve with ALTANTUYA,he will be more scare and it look s like he is involve becos there are lots of things that make me say this....
1,the deletion of ALTANTUYA's immigration records.
2,the involvement of his close aides,Razak Baginda.
3,the release of Razak Baginda who open said he screwed ALTANTUYA.
4,the SMS between Sopiee Abdullah and najis.
4,the commission.
5,gag order for all newspaper and RTM,preventing them from mentioning ALTANTUYA.
6,refuse to hear complain from Karpal Singh who acted for ALTANTUYA's family.
7,where is Bala!
8,where does the C4 comes from.
9,why the prosecution don't call those witness who are involved
10,why was RPK not call to be charged for writing all these 'crap' as you say.

There are many more mind bogging things about najis link to this murder and I just name a few only.If we can find answers then ,I hope bitterzone can help us.

As for the second part, there may be cctv showing najis with ALTANTUYA,but it's for this matter to go to court and if there is a court order for these evidences to ne presentede, then the prosecution have to get a court order to force these evidences to be presented.Been with the foreign countries, this is very difficult and it can only be mqake easy if our gov't writes to the named countries and ask for help.Since najis is PM ,do you ,bitterzone ,think he can be of such help.I think you know a better answer.

I and most malaysian still say the indicator points to najis and he must stand aside to have these allegations cleared first before he can be clean. If he don't want to stand aside, the set up a royal commission comprising of independent minded people and NGOs,oppositions, retired judges and all those who are free from the gov't interferences so that they can work independently to assess this serious allegations.
ALTANTUYA don't die just becos that 2 murderers have a urge to kill her.Surely there MUST be hidden hands and that hidden hands look like najis.Prove me wrong!

The CCTV records at these shopping malls/shops would have been erased, not knowing that such event would happen. The time span between the shopping and the exposure of the shopping tour was more than 1 year or two. Otherwise, every shopping malls security personnel would scramble to get hold of the tape/digital image to sell to the journalists for a hefty sum. (Just hope that one tape just got somehow unerased mysteriously, bingo!).

O.k, first of all let me say again that there are a lot of unanswered questions regarding he murder of "Tuya". We all know that immigration records have disappeared, Bala has disappeared etc etc. However this does not prove anything against najis, this is my point. I know many of you less well educated viewers will say that this could only have been done by someone high up etc, but again this does not mean najis is guilty. In fact someone with najis's power could easily get rid of someone by making it look like an accident or suicide, this murder was so badly executed that a child could have planned it better, leading me at least to believe the 2 cops made a spur of the moment decision to kill the girl. Think about it, done in broad daylight, in front of multiple witnesses (taxi driver and Tuya's cousins etc). Then the 2 cops called immigration to delete the records, this again is a silly attempt to cover up, very UNprofessional. I take your point on CCTV however there would have been many people at the diamond show where najis was supposed to have met Tuya for the first time, someone visiting would have caught a photo, a visitor, tourist etc. As for the idiot who mentioned about Bill Clinton, let me inform you sir that there is a lot of footage of Bill and Monika together before the shit hit the fan, please go on youtube to see it for yourself. In today's modern world there is no way a high profile person could claim never to have met somone in public without somone catching a photo on their digital camera, mobile phone, CCTV etc just not possible anymore.

e.g. ABC alleges Anwar poked Saiful. Judge can rule it to be hearsay even if Saiful refuse to have the Judge / doctor explore his arsehole!

But if saiful alleges Anwar poked his arsehold, and the Judge found otherwise, that is giving false evidence.

Sorry... need to add these

e.g. ABC alleges Anwar poked saiful (that he heard from someone else, or from Saiful, without seeing it himself). Judge can rule it to be hearsay even if saiful refuse to have the Judge / doctor explore his arsehole.

Dear edwardh, exactly. That is the point I am making. Azizan said Anwar DID NOT sodomise him. He said this THREE times under oath. The doctor DID NOT testify that Azizan was sodomised. But ummi hafilda said she heard Anwar DID sodomise Azizan even though Azizan testified THREE times Anwar DID NOT. So, Anwar was found guilty and jailed 9 years.

Is that what you mean by hearsay? I am glad we agree.

Sukma said Anwar DID NOT sodomise him. The doctor who examined Sukma said his arsehole is still a virgin. In fact, the doctor said Sukma suffers from piles and his shit has difficulty passing through, let alone allowing something in. The police said they heard Anwar DID sodomise Sukma. Sukma was jailed 6 months.

Definitely, BN and umno will fall under the leadership of najis. Nature has its own rhythm. By GE-13 or sooner, Malaysians would have experienced the complete life-cycle of umno and BN component parties. The demise of umno is foretold. The causes for the decline and death are corruption, misgovernance, abuse of power, and incompetency at the top.

things dont just simply happen, it is caused. if you simply accuse a person, then he will sue you. what have happened pointing to "najis". the system have to dig further for solid proof, but the system is functionless.now only perception lingers on,which for sure is damaging to najis

Dear RPK,

In your writing, you have implicated a few interesting names such as Nik Azmi, the Bull; Lt Kol Azmi, the special brunchofficer and Ku Li the most seasoned politician.

You also mentioned that the Bull was working with Ku Li and you made the life-threatening SD just because the Bull had insisted you to do so.

Whatever it is, it would be rather weird to think of Ku Li being a very respectable and experienced person had actively insisted the Bull to insist you into making such SD. Hopefully I am correct.

As far as I had been told Ku Li may enjoy listening to political rumours but he only acts based on full proofs.

Susan Loone has reported that TVB will be casting a series on Altantunya.

http://sloone.wordpress.com/20...as-killed/

I verified at this website:
http://www.mycoldnet.com/redir...o=lastpost

But I don't find any announcement from TVB website. Wonder how they get the news.

RPK,
I find it pathetic najis only offered you miserable RM30k a month. Even that CEO of dirty water-fit-for-elephants is getting RM5 mil salary for dumping toxins and waste into our water. Here to not write about ALTANTUYA you should ask for the entire RM530 mil, personally signed by najis himself, make copies of this cheque before sending the money to ALTANTUYA's family (maybe her father will give you some angpow).

Then you can post that cheque on MT, and explain to us that najis has paid you not to write about ALTANTUYA anymore. But you can still give interviews to other (foreign) bloggers/reporters and they can write about their interviews with you, which your administrator can post on MT.

Win-win.

I wonder how the Police know that ros mah is rich and has plenty of money. Checked the bank accounts or list of assets as declared by the husband? Was that after the submarine deal?

How stupid for the police to think that the rich would not seek more wealth.

Dear RPK, guess you need to equip yourself with a good handheld explosive detector right away. Avoid parking near any pillars or columns that reads C4. Stop smoking cigars especially if offered by JJ ever again. Now that you have got everyone in the corridors of power scrambling into an unholy huddle and planning your exit from the face of this earth, better go for some botox or reconstruct your face. Pity you have got Ku Li by Bull's horn. It is going to be a mad stampede soon. Lots of damage with the proverbial Bull in China shop or is it Bolehland ? By the way avoid meeting contacts who have just returned from Mexico, swine flu A(H1N1) is just as effective as C4. Take care and God bless you always!

Looking at the consistency of DISAGREE of this article, I believe the godfather is pissed! I am very sure he is reading the same page as us. Pete, we're with you and all the way! Even if the godfather and godmother could escape from criminal charges, these group of sinners can't run away from bad karma! May ALTANTUYA rest in peace!

So many big names have been mentioned and if the SB is truly a duty bound force of discipline, they must go knock at the doors of each and everyone with big names mentioned.

How come Ku Li had never mentioned a word and seemed he was totally ignorant of the whole drama improvised at his door way! If Bull and Lt Kol Azmi were regular customers to Ku Li's office, how can KuLi is left alone like an audience who enjoyed free show. Being a veteran politician and from the royal lineage, didn't he know how to differentiate between the right or wrong, at least out of his conscience, he should have told the public the right thing.

Perhaps he is also scared of the power of C4 and prefer to keep silent as if he knows nothing, hears nothing and therefore he speaks nothing?!

On what to do with the "info", TRH and Pete were in the same boat. TRH had been consistent in calling najis to "clear" himself, kind of a back-handed/reverse accusation. Read his blog. http://razaleigh.com/2009/03/25/come-clean/
